Background of the Consulting Firm

Jack Roose founded Organizational Alignment Consulting (OAC) in 2009 for the purpose of helping organizations align their purpose, organization and resources to improve and sustain results.  Jack focuses the work of this firm on the experiences he gained from 24 years of consulting with Watson Wyatt Worldwide and 12 years of corporate experience with Nationwide Insurance and Wells Fargo Bank. 

After almost a quarter century of full-time consulting, Jack decided to focus his personal priorities on two of his primary passions: 1) helping leaders take a more holistic approach to improving their organizations, and 2) leisure travel.  The first passion shapes the work of OAC and the client relationships of the firm.  The second passion  focuses his efforts on a limited number of clients who will benefit from the philosophy and work of OAC.  

Although his consulting years with Watson Wyatt were highly valued and personally rewarding, he found it difficult to balance project-oriented work for many clients and freeing time to travel.  Nurturing fewer client relationships, with organizations committed to creating and sustaining improved results, is both a personal and professional goal.
